The intent is give faculty and staff the opportunity to share how they are using technology in unique ways, network with other colleagues, and generate new project ideas. This year the TLT Symposium is again providing an opportunity for attendees to support the UN Sustainable Development Goal, Zero Hunger by donating items to the Lion’s Pantry. Items can be dropped off throughout the day at the Symposium.

Hear from three different faculty groups on the ways they incorporated unique VR experiences into their classrooms to enhance student engagement and learning.

- Virtual Reality Experience of Hawaiian Coral Reefs: Experience Hawaiian Coral Reef Ecosystems with footage captured by a dive professional at many world-famous dive sites around Oahu.
- Virtual Prison: Analysis of Student Engagement with a VR Prison Simulation: Learn how VR immerses students in realistic criminal justice environments, fostering deeper empathy, critical reflection, and a more profound understanding of justice system reform.
- Engagement and Deep Learning: Using VR to Foster Active Learning with PTA Students: Review student feedback, current data, and future applications of VR in both educational and clinical settings, highlighting how VR is revolutionizing the learning experience for students in the PTA program and healthcare.

Attendees will have an opportunity to explore the immersive experiences using VR headsets during the Discovery Session.
