The intent is give faculty and staff the opportunity to share how they are using technology in unique ways, network with other colleagues, and generate new project ideas. This session presents a case study in hybrid course design for a intro to creative writing class for non-majors, focusing on sustaining engagement and addressing motivational challenges in general education. Moving beyond the workshop model, the course centers on collaborative anthology creation, integrating scaffolded, project-based learning with digital tools (Perusall, Thinglink, Google Sites) to foster narrative skills and digital storytelling. Attendees will explore effective digital tools and practical insights into cultivating creativity and collaboration in blended courses, alongside candid reflections on the course's evolution and challenges, supported by student work examples.
