About me
As the Media/Maker Commons/Immersive Experiences Coordinator at University Park, Nicole consults with faculty and students on multimedia projects and assignments, schedules and teaches workshops, and coordinates the 3D printing service. She began working at Media Commons in January 2020, but has been employed by Penn State since 2010. Her past work experience is diversified and grounded in information technology, social entrepreneurship, archaeology, and microbiology.
She has a wide range of interests that include storytelling through photography, photo editing, travel, volleyball, and humanitarian engineering and social entrepreneurship. She enjoys dreaming up new ideas, learning new methods of making, and spinning up creative projects and bringing them to life.
